We are thrilled to announce the upcoming Independence Day celebration at our school on 15 August 2024. This auspicious occasion marks the 78th anniversary of our nation's independence, and we are eager to commemorate it together as a school community.
The celebration will include various events and activities, such as flag hoisting, patriotic speeches, cultural performances, and more. We encourage all students to participate actively and showcase their talents in honoring our country's rich heritage.
Here is a brief schedule of the Independence Day celebration:
- Flag hoisting ceremony: 8 am
- Patriotic speeches: 8.30 am
- Cultural performances: 9-10 am
- Refreshments and social gathering: 10-11 am
We kindly request all students and staff to dress in traditional or patriotic attire to enhance the spirit of the occasion. Additionally, students who wish to contribute to the event through performances or presentations are welcome to contact the Organizing Committee on or before 12 August 2024. Those interested in delivering speeches are requested to contact Mrs Venu to register.
